Before initiating a return, please ensure:
- It’s within 15 days of delivery
- Item is in original condition (unused, undamaged, with tags)
- Original packaging is intact
- You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Greeting Cards (once removed from packaging)
- Stickers (once backing is removed)
- Mystery Bags (as the surprise element is part of the product experience)
